Thank you for your interest in joining the most powerful commercial real estate network in Michigan.
Founded in 1908, BOMA Metro Detroit is the leading professional association for the commercial real estate industry in Southeast Michigan. Our 325+ members own, manage, or support more than 210 million square feet of office, industrial, medical, and public space across the state.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Principal 1 Membership $1450
Members are building owners, managers, developers, asset managers, corporate facility managers/building engineers, leasing professionals, industrial asset managers, medical office building managers whose primary revenues are derived from commercial real estate assets. Membership is based on an individual basis.

Principal Additional Membership $550
Discounted Membership for individuals related to an established Principal Member.

Members provide products and services needed to operate commercial properties.

All memberships are based on an individual basis and renew annually
*Membership Dues include a voluntary $50 contribution to the Building Owners and Managers Foundation of Metropolitan Detroit, a 501 c 3 charitable incorporation dedicated to providing scholarships and community grants to assist the metropolitan area.
